How to Order:

This is dangerously easy! Click on the individual picture of the item that has caught your fancy. This will pull up all the information you need to know about size, dimensions, and price. Next to the price is a little button called "order." This adds the item to your shopping cart, where you can add or delete more items until you are finished shopping. Once you finalize your shopping list, simply fill in the order information. Voila!

How to Pay:

The easiest way is to pay with a credit card using the Yahoo secure website shopping cart. If you prefer to pay by check, your items cannot be shipped until the check has been received and cleared the bank, so that adds a little time. I don't think I need to say this, but... please don't send cash by mail.

Shipping:

Most of the time your order will be shipped within two business days - larger items require special packaging to ensure their safe transit and may take three business days to ship. Items will be sent USPS priority mail, which translates to travel time of about 2-3 days to reach you. There is a flat rate of $6.00 to cover shipping costs regardless of how many items you order.

Returns:

Hey, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you want to return an item for credit or a refund:

• Contact me within 14 days of delivery and let me know why you want to return your purchase. We'll make return arrangements.


• This is important - credit or refund will only be issued once the item you are returning arrives safely back at Imaginary Tigers Design in good condition.


• Refunds will be issued by check, not credit card.


• A refund can only be issued for the purchase price - there is no refund for shipping charges. No exceptions.

That's simple enough.

Privacy Policy

I will never, ever share your personal information, including your e-mail address, with any third party, ever. The only time I use customer information is to contact about an order, if necessary. Your credit card and other personally identifying information are secured with Yahoo Store's secure shopping cart and they seem to have pretty stiff privacy policies, too.
